Mike Longin is a certified scrum master, agile coach, and manager of software engineering at Ultimate Software. Mike joined Ultimate more than 10 years ago and has helped pioneer agile implementations of Scrum, Kanban, and Scrumban for companys enterprise needs. As part of these efforts, Mike has led a metrics-first approach to agile leadership letting the data lead the team, not the other way around. He has also developed Web automation tools combining agile principles with automation needs, culminating his time as co-lead on the Simple Web Automation Toolkit project.
