He is a Lean - Kanban Trainer, Enterprise Agility Coach and Development Leader focussed on high-value improvements in organizations. When Ajay’s not catalyzing continuous improvements, he's programming in Python or helping non-profits improve in the Boston area. He lives in Upton, MA with his wife Diana and their 4 children and is a Boston sports fan.
