Last year was a new start for me in terms of learning and applying the latest management methodologies such as the Kanban method, Business Model Generation, and Environmental Analysis. I believe that every knowledge work process can be enhanced using an appropriate tool kit, which should fit the company goals.  It was exciting for me to start applying this set of methodologies in the R&D sector, particularly in biology and other science labs, acting as an internal change agent.  I guess this was an exotic case as I didn't know of any Kanban applications outside IT departments.

Previously, I applied Lean Startup while working with one of the Russian startup accelerators and led a group of editors who published Steve Blank and Bob Dorf’s best-selling Startup Owner’s Manual in Russia.  I hold a Bachelor's degree in Strategic Management and have completed two Master's programs: in Supply Chain Management in Russia and in International Business Administration in Germany.
